If the item you purchased is available in our physical store, it will be shipped directly from our store.

Items Not Currently in Store

If the item is not available in-store at the time of purchase, the product will be ordered and prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery time for these orders is 8–12 business days after the purchase is completed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Crwnplug is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
