At Crwnplug, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be returned in their packaging, including boxes and tags.
• Sneakers must not show signs of wear or damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Worn or used products
• Items without packaging

Refund Process
Once we receive the Shipment Reciept ,your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
